Dr. Rubin is a graduate of the University of California San Diego School of Medicine. He completed his residency at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, and his fellowship in Mixed Imaging at the University of California San Diego.

Dr. Rubin specializes in all forms of MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography, and vascular ultrasound.
